Step 1:

When the DB2 database repair software is launched, you get 2 options for databse selection to perform. In case if the database is attached with DB, 'select Repair the database stored at default location' option or in other case, go for 'Manual selection of database for recovery' option.

Step 2:

The database attached to DB2 are displayed, choose the one you are in need to repair

Step 3:

In this step, all the repaired and recoverable DB2 database files are displayed. Select those you want to restore and see teh preview

Step 4:

Finally, save the recovered files to a desired location specified by you.
